KL2706 Fault Injection Box

Summary

The KL2706 chassis adopts a compact cabinet design. The front panel is mainly equipped with indicator lights and communication interfaces, and the rear panel is mainly equipped with input and output interfaces. It integrates a large number of electrical fault types into a box body to avoid user external complex lines. It can be used independently or in conjunction with hardware in a loop test system for automatic testing of fault simulation in a real-time environment.


HIL hardware in the ring test system IO signals can be transferred to the tested controller through the fault injection box. Each signal through the fault injection box can be set with different types of failures. The failure can be set manually through the supporting superior computer fault injection software. The upper computer software supports the import of. XML format fault injection lists to facilitate users to save reading and ensure repeatability of testing.

Composition and Principle

KeLiang KL2706 fault injection box control section uses the STM32 MCU. The electric part uses fault bus and distributed relay to realize complex coupling electrical fault types.
